How Do We Ship?
At Himalayan Green, we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order details. After confirmation, your order will be dispatched on a priority basis.
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement. In case of any delays, our team will notify you via e-mail or phone.
We are proud to offer free
shipping across Pakistan. The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days nationwide.

What is Our Return & Exchange Policy?
We follow a Generous 14-Days Easy Return & Exchange Policy.
A product will only be exchanged or returned if:
The customer receives a damaged or defective product.
The product delivered does not match your specifications.
To register your return or exchange:

Attach clear pictures of the product and the invoice with your e-mail.

Complaints must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order. Complaints made after this time will not be entertained.
How to Report a Defective Item?
If you receive a defective item, you must report it within 14 days of receiving the order.
Here’s how the process works:
We will arrange reverse pickup from your doorstep.
Our courier will collect the defective item and deliver the replacement.
Pickup timing and date will be notified in advance.
You must share photographic evidence and a copy of your invoice with us via e-mail (himalayangreeen.com@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (03-111-158-547).
Important:
The product must be returned in the same condition and packaging for the exchange to be processed smoothly.
If the product is not returned in its original condition, the customer may have to bear additional handling costs.
